Verða is a company, that strives to improved the well-being and quality of life for elder- and movement disordered persons, by reducing their distance to the outside world.
Our aim is to provide our users with a plethora of experiences, to breathtaking places. Whether it is hiking through wind battered Faroese mountains, being onboard a fishing vessel or a simple stroll through their hometown, we offer the possibility to discover new places for some, and rediscovering youth for others.
Internationally peer-reviewed research has shown, that one of the biggest issues shared by citizens in eldercare is loneliness. We want to be a part of solving the problem.

We are working diligently on expanding our selection of products for our users. Likewise, we are focusing out efforts towards developing user friendly experiences.
Research shows, that increasing the variety of day-to-day activities of elder citizens, has a positive effect on their wellbeing, which then in turn effects the society in a positive matter. We want to be a part of this!

Virtual reality and Dementia
Virtual Reality experiences have shown very positive effects on people with onset dementia. The equipment allows for users with dementia to discover or rediscover familiar locations, go for a walk or even “travel” other parts of the world – while still being in a safe and private environment.
The technology behind Virtual Reality is relatively new, and already, the positive signs are plain to see. Amongst these, are users with onset dementia which start expressing and explaining what they are experiencing.
Effortless
The only thing the user needs to do, is to put on the VR-headset. All virtual videos are controlled from the tablet by a member of staff. This ensures an effortless experience by both the user and the member of staff.
Easy tu use
The tablet and other equipment are easy to use and allow the member of staff to see exactly what the user is experiencing. Members of staff will get all the necessary training to use our equipment and systems.
We provide everything
It is possible to rent all the equipment from us. We provide a service that brings all the equipment, which allows members off staff to focus on other areas.
